DESIGN OF SUPER CAVITATION SUBMARINE NOSE THAT SUSTAINS UNDER HIGH HYDRAULIC PRESSURE

Abstract: The main aim of this research work is to design an effective model of submarine nose system that provides suitable cavitation which in turn helps in increasing the speed and sustainability of the body under water. The research work also involves the design of a rigid nose against deformation caused by the pressure and penetration action using the geodesic dome structures. Though already many works have been done in achieving super cavitation in submarine body, this paper mainly concentrates on the nose design to sustain the hydraulic pressure and provision of cavitation vents around the nose.
