EXPERIMENTAL EVALUATION OF A FRANCIS TURBINE

Abstract: Laboratory-Scale Francis Turbine has been used to generate experimental data for performance evaluation. The analysis presented here is based on turbine shaft load resulting in utilization of water power and includes overall efficiency, specific speed, unit quantities and critical cavitation factor.
