Abstract: Accidents at construction sites are identified as a major problem throughout the world. Apart from the accidents at construction sites, people working in the construction industry suffer from several occupational health disorders. In this backdrop, implementation of an effective occupational health and safety measures are gaining importance these days across the world. In line with this discussion, the present paper aims at assessment of occupational health and safety management w.r.t. different phases of construction activates i.e. pre-construction, construction and post-construction phases. It is observed that, the concept of occupational health and safety is not only applicable construction phase but also equally applicable to both pre-construction and post-construction
