CHARACTERISTICS OF HIGH PERFORMANCE SELF COMPACTING CONCRETE INCORPORATING FLY-ASH AND METAKAOLIN

Abstract: This paper presents the experimental studies ?n strength & Durability pr?perties ?f High Perf?rmance Self C?mpacting C?ncrete (HPSCC) made with manufactured sand and as partial replacement ?f cement by Mineral Admixture (Flyash, Metaka?lin). The mix design f?r HPSCC was arrived as per the guidelines ?f Eur?pean Federati?n ?f Nati?nal Ass?ciati?n representing f?r C?ncrete (EFNARC). The Rhe?l?gy pr?perties was determined by tests as filling ability, passing ability and segregati?n resistance including pH and Temperature. Strength pr?perties was determined by C?mpressive, split tensile, Flexural strength and Y?ung’s M?dulus were examined. And durability pr?perties were determined by Rapid Chl?ride Penetrati?n Test (RCPT) are carried ?ut.
