Abstract: Metrics are the basic factor for the evaluation process of an agent software .The evaluation process are complex and the available metrics for measuring the agent characteristic are in sufficient. This is due to the factor that the agents are unpredictable in a multi-agent system (MAS).In this paper we have done a detailed study about the agent-oriented methodologies and agent-oriented metrics in a suitable environment.
