FRICTIONAL CONTACT PERFORMANCE TEST AND ANALYSIS OF CIRCULAR-ARC BIONIC NON-SMOOTH CONCAVE SURFACE

Abstract: Circular arc bionic non-smooth concave surface is used in friction driving. The frictional contact performance between circular arc bionic non-smooth concave surface and contact area is critical role for the mechanical drive of equipment whole. In this paper through orthogonal polynomial regression experiments, the influence of diameter, distribution density and height of the coating layer unit of circular arc non-smooth bionic concave on the friction coefficient is studied. The regression equation between the non-smooth geometric parameters of the circular arc bionic non-smooth concave surface and the frictional coefficient is obtained by experiment, and get the optimal solution by optimization analysis of regression equation. The experiment result shows that circular arc bionic non-smooth concave surface can increase the driving force and improve the transmission efficiency
