Abstract: Controlling congestion has become an important task in current traffic conditions. Different techniques are introduced to control the same. This paper designs and develops a novel traffic flow strategy based on simultaneous and dynamic clustering named Grid Fabrication of Traffic Maintenance System (GFTMS) Clustering algorithm which stands efficient while deciding the route to take to reach the intended destination within the expected time.
