OPTIMIZED SENSOR NODES BY FAULT NODE RECOVERY ALGORITHM

Abstract: This paper proposes fault node recovery algorithm to enhance the lifetime of wireless sensor networks when some of the sensor nodes shut down due to absence of battery power. The proposed algorithm combined Grade diffusion algorithm with genetic algorithm. The algorithm can result replacement of fewer sensor nodes and more reused routing paths. The proposed algorithm increases the number of active nodes, reduces dataloss during transmission, and reduces energy consumption.
