Abstract: Sentiment analysis is currently treated as a famous topic as well as in the area of research with significant applications in both industry and academia. This paper represents the importance and applications of opinion mining and sentiment analysis in social networks. We have described the basic concepts, challenges and comprehensive study in different sections in this paper. This paper reflects as an overview of opinion mining and sentiment analysis in social networks.
